Traffic Controllers

Makesafe Traffic Controllers are all professionally outfitted, fully trained and accredited and will provide safe working environments on any road or car park set up. Traffic controllers to require the following appropriate PPE incl.

• Day/Night Reflective Road Worker vests with Logo
• Day/Night Reflective coveralls for after hours and poor visibility sites
• Long Sleeve Cotton Drill Shirts and Trousers
• Wide Brim Hat / Hard Hat / eCool Bandanas / Safety Glasses / Steel cap Boots
• 2 – Way UHF Radio

We currently have 90+ Traffic Controllers and 6 Management Staff dedicated to field work.

Makesafe Traffic Management Fleet Vehicles

Makesafe South Australia Currently has a fleet of:

• 3 x Small Traffic Management Trucks all include Roof Mounted Arrow Boards with Signage for complex sites including high speed roads and aftercare
• 49 x Traffic Management Ute’s – all include Roof Mounted Arrow Boards
• 1 x High Speed Road Bollard Truck – with VMS designed to protect traffic controllers on freeway and high speed highway jobs
• Huge surplus and range of signage at our depot in Wingfield to cater for all types of engagements

Note that all of our vehicles come equipped with first aid kits, fire extinguishers, rotating beacons, reversing squelch alarms and reverse cameras
